You will be responsible for ensuring that the staffing and performance management requirements are met. Responsibilities include working with various clients to assess their hiring and performance management needs; ensuring all applications and resumes are included in hiring packet and forwarding them in a timely manner to respective clients; determining recruiting strategies within budget; and ensuring all performance evaluations are initiated or completed in a timely manner for respective clients.




·         Correspondence to/from hiring managers and direct managers.

·         Review and place employment advertisements for the client.

·         Post internal/external job openings.

·         Create and update local recruiting reports.

·         Schedule initial screening interviews for non-exempt candidates.

·         Keep detailed records of employment advertisements and ensure accurate information for advertisements.

·         Work with internal People First and Performance & Talent Management Success Factors systems.

·         Provide hiring packets to the client.

·         Reviewing and determining candidate’s Veteran’s Preference eligibility.

·         Initiating and removing the client into/from their applicable performance evaluation based on employment changes.

·         Processing staffing and performance management cases that are created by the Service Center.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position.  Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to work independent of direct supervision.
  • Solid communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment
  • Decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation. 




Preferred Skills

  • Basic general knowledge of recruiting/performance management best practices. 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, diagnose and resolve basic to complex issues affecting service delivery.
  • Oral and written communication skills, and have the ability to interact with internal and external clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond promptly, thoughtfully and effectively to changing work environments, changing priorities and new situations
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Success Factors)
