The Role: SAP HR Consultant - Travel Module

 

The SAP Travel Consultant, is a member of the DHR department, is responsible for:

  • Technical maintenance of SAP HR solutions of our clients, module SAP travel
  • Modification of the solution after delivery to correct possible faults, to improve performance or other attributes and to adapt the product to a modified environment
  • Stabilize, optimize, and extend the applications so that functionality continues to meet the clients’ changing needs

 

His role is to provide appropriate application maintenance consultancy to NGA outsourced clients through advice, guidance, technical support and problem solving.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated into the DHR department and under the supervision of a Team Manager, you will be involved in the support of our outsourced clients as follows:

  • Provide documentation AS IS/ TO BE (both technical and functional) on SAP travel module implementations;
  • Manage clients’ relationships;
  • Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities;
  • Operate system tests using either provided or self-generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications;
  • Manage personal daily priorities and/or assigned tickets, and ensure that his deadlines are met;
  • Regularly report on status and progress to the team manager;

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Understand the architecture of a SAP HR solution and good knowledge of SAP HR Travel  module;
  • Strong interest in delivering high quality support in the field of Human Resources;
  • Ability to multi-task, to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and to consistently achieve quality standards;
  • Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability;
  • Be committed to the customer, the team and the project;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to translate functional description in technical solution;
  • Experience in application maintenance is an asset.

 

You have: 

  • Good functional knowledge on HR processes
  • 3 or 4 years of experience in SAP HR of SAP HR Travel module;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
