Role Summary 

Field Solution Manager - Global Sales Team

 

He/she is responsible for delivering responses to proposals working across all levels of the NGA and customer organisations, understanding the customer’s requirements to craft winning and deliverable solutions.  The Field Solution Manager works across country boundaries acting as the key interface between sales, the customer and implementation teams.  The Field Solution Manager is responsible for ensuring all pre-sales activity directly reflects the Digital HR Services propositions in a meaningful way whilst meeting all customer needs.

 

Main Responsabilities

The Field Solution Manager should support innovation within Digital HR Services by:

  • Identifying new opportunities for innovative products and services
  • Function as the key point of contact between Digital HR Services and sales teams and customers for early adopter deals
  • Working with the Product and Proposition Owners to assess and evaluate new emerging services, products and technologies, and with customers to ensure that the solutions to be delivered adhere to established standards, policies and guidelines

  

The Field Solution Manager should support growth and expansion by:

  • being responsible for crafting winning, deliverable solutions
  • being accountable to ensure that proposed solutions offer a winning value proposition
  • playing a key role in the preparation of proposals
  • understanding current operational frameworks and how their solutions will be managed through and after the implementation
  • being accountable to service delivery to ensure solutions are deliverable and as standard as possible
  • playing a key role to ensure delivery risks are managed/highlighted and appropriate internal reviews/sign-offs take place
  • being responsible to lead the due diligence phase of a pursuit and to validate and revise the solution as necessary
  • producing proposals and quotes/estimates in a timely manner that have been appropriately reviewed

 

Key Experience and Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or over ten years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in HR and payroll applications implementation and solutioning with personal experience over the past several years in leading complex high value customer projects and deals from a solutions perspective. 
  • Experience developing innovation capabilities within an organisation and representing and solutioning those capabilities for market facing and sales purposes, including commercial, strategy, pricing, and solution perspective.   
  • Being able to work across country boundaries and ideally being multi lingual (must be able to speak and write in English)
  • Demonstrates passion - approaches all tasks in an enthusiastic way. Committed to upholding professional standards
  • Extensive experience of influencing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver to project timelines.
