Role summary

The HR Associate's function is responsible to monitor and manage all the inbound and outbound interfaces and file related data exchanges between NGA Systems, Client or Third Party Vendors. They will perform the diagnostics on any errors encountered and will be working with the other NGA teams for corrections

Main responsibilities

  • Inbound/Outbound Interface Monitoring, Scheduling and Error Handling (e.g. HRIS, Pension, Voluntary Deductions, Employee Benefits, PEX, Client Interfaces, IDOC’s, Local country interfaces etc.)
  • Determines root cause analysis of failures and work with client, NGA GT&AS and/or products to eliminate failures
  • Supports clients on HRIS system data input (master data failures) and works with the client or DMA (as appropriate) on the corrective action
  • Regression, Change Request and New release testing
  • Project support during implementation Phase (UAT testing and data mapping configuration, support in process definition)
  • Assign tickets to appropriate team for correction
  • Communicate any delay of inbound / outbound on time to corresponding teams
  • Perform SOC1 controls
  • Provide confirmation that files were received/produced.
  • HR Information Data Entry

Key experience

  • Candidate must at least completed (2) years in college
  • At least (6) months of HR or call center experience is preferred
  • SAP Knowledge and Experience is desired but not required

Skills

  • Experience handling payroll or employee services from different regions (ANZ, APJ, UK or US) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the client’s payroll
