Quality Delivery Assurance Manager

  • Measure quality by associating production and QA ticket to a test operation and implement changes to minimise future issues
  • Ensuring and advising on the use of analytical techniques including risk based testing.
  • Continued development of the Enterprise Engineering QA framework by ensuring lessons learnt are captured, communicated and incorporated back into the SDLC process.
  • Assist Delivery Managers in creating and maintaining documentation in relation to unit test plans and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure all Enterprise Engineering resources are familiar with the QA best practice by hosting workshops, meeting regularly and provide hands-on guidance & support
  • Lead and develop capabilities in Engineering team to effectively and pro-actively deliver quality assured solutions
  • Provide guidance, support and direction to the Enterprise Engineering team on regular daily basis the right priorities are worked
  • Manage different stakeholder contributions in structure / objective in alignment with NGA values and objectives
  • Preparation of status reports for stakeholders




  • Bachelor or Master’s degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
    QC Team Lead or QC Management experience
  • Experience in Test planning, co-ordination and monitoring during the delivery of the technical delivery stages of enterprise scale product software delivery.
  • Experience in analysis, design and implementation of functional and non-functional tests
  • Experience initiating and influencing the delivery of test engineering within SDLC environment
  • Strong technical testing background
  • Previous experience working with dev ops functions
  • Experience working with SAP Payroll and or HR Payroll cloud-based services
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems
  • Knowledge on automation tools/scripting languages would be an advantage
