As a Specialist, Service Delivery Architecture, you are responsible for designing how NGA's service offering will be delivered to our clients in the best, fastest and smartest way. The focus is to design the global process standards, translate these standards in system configuration standards and develop the proper end user guidelines and procedures. The specialist area we are looking to strengthen the global team with is Operational Service Management. 

 

Expertise to include but not limited to Visualization & Data Analysis.  Inclusive of Designing, defining, Analysing & documenting metric identification, definition & designing, Dashboard data inferences for different data sources of NGA tools/application using visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, SAP Lumira etc).

 

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1.    Support design of global service process standards in line with NGA's requirements and industry best practices. 
2.    Support translation of these global process standards into system configuration standards
3.    Support development of global desktop procedures, operational guidelines and templates, and key stakeholder briefing packs
4.    Support the approach for deployment of new and improved process standards and solutions.
5.    Support definition of user requirements to enable the development of functional and technical specifications by the products team, user experience team and global technology team
6.    Support engagement with key internal stakeholders to enable the development of their deliverables based on NGA's global service standards
7.    Support the collection of data points that allows to identify value and non-value-added process and system steps
8.    Educate internal and external stakeholders on our global service standards and product features
9.    Represent Service Delivery Architecture as part of sales/pre-sales efforts as appropriate
10.    Contribute to any project across the TIS organization when needed

Required Skills for this position:

•    Bachelor's degree or master's degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
•    Expert knowledge of all aspects of your domain expertise
•    3-4 years of operational experience within the requested domain expertise
•    1-2 years of hands on experience on required tool experience
•    PC Literacy - Word, Excel and Power point, MS Visio and/or other Process Flow software (advanced level)
•    Superior language proficiency in English
•    Systematic approach to problem solving with a desire to create a better future for our associates and clients (design thinking)
•    Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork & interpersonal skills
•    Strong analytics skills
•    Client and quality focused
•    Ability to negotiate skilfully to achieve the right outcome for all parties including management, senior leaders and customers
•    Ability to collaborate and work in a global team environment across different geographies as well as work independently and make sound decisions

 

It would be desirable if you also have:

 

•    Detailed knowledge of NGA standards contract 
•    Certification(s) related to your area of expertise such as Lean Six Sigma, design thinking and project management methodologies
•    Experience in HRIS systems (Success Factors, Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle Fusion, SAP) payroll systems, ServiceNow, CRM applications, hrX Assist and other tools/applications used in NGA
