Data Management:

 

Language skills: native or proficent French and fluent English

 

Responsibilities:

 

Support the Customer Service Associates

 

Maintains, controls and updates HR Personnel Administration data in the HR Information System (Hiring, Change of work conditions, Terminations, Personal Data Changes, …) 

 

Maintains, controls and updates Time & Attendance data in the HR Information System (Holidays, Illness, Maternity, Paternity, …)

 

Maintains, controls and updates Corporate and Organizational management data in the HR Information System (Positions, organizational units, cost centers, …)

 

Maintains, controls and updates Private and Governmental portals (Social Security, Health and Pension Contribution, …)

 

Performs Mass Uploads and mass controls

 

Demonstrates understanding of Data management processes and country legislation

 

Performs SOC1 master data review and Payslip simulations

 

Updates/Maintains procedures and documentation on Data management process.

 

 

 

Business Related Skills:

 

Degree in HR policies and processes is a plus, but not a must

 

Good computer skills (MS Office)

 

 

Personal skills:

 

Interest in HR and/or Administrative Support

 

Good communication skills in English and other European language

 

Accurate in terms of quality and respect of deadlines

 

Strong sense of integrity with an awareness of confidentiality and diplomacy

 

Ability to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines with limited supervision

 

Ability to work autonomously while having a strong sense of commitment to team and department

 

Good collaboration with other teams and departments 

 

Promotes using best practices around a specific focus area to drive business
