What you would do


Talent Acquisition

  • Sourcing the right candidates locally in the region
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders, professional organizations and other sources of applicant referral.
    Develop Strategies.
  • Interview and assess candidates based on needs defined by department hiring managers
    Collect, compile and analyse customer survey data on quality and diversity of candidate pool and timelines and cost effectiveness of recruitment processes.
  • Responsible for creation and updating of Job Description and Job Specification as per all positions across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Regional TA Head to ensure that we get talented candidates.
  • Provide support, manage the on-boarding process in the team to ensure that new hires can settle down successfully and receive all needed support.
  • Work with TA to continuously improve the hiring capability of the team

Human Resources:

  • Liaising with all government and statutory bodies
  • Up to speed with market know-how on HR practices and Recruiting and understand trend in the job market as well as join and attend HR and Talent Acquisition meeting and forums.
  • Vendor management
  • As per guidance from regional HR implement policies and procedures in the centre
  • Administrative HR management
  • Be a strong connect with regional and Global HR partners and represent the site.
  • Strong and unbiased approach to employee relations with highest level of best attributes of tardiness and integrity showcasing an example to employees as gate keeper of values.


Who you are


  • Rich experience in human resource, having experience as HR Business partner of sizable organization;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Dealing with ambiguity;
  • Very good in communication and influencing;
  • Global perspective, strong in building up organization relationship.
  • 8+ years of strong experience in HR and Recruitments
  • Multi-national organization HR experience
