IT Account Manager, Client Services Management, Belgium

Role

This is an Account management role over a HR Digital services scope

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize growth and profit

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our Enterprise services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Manage the P&L, costs and forecasts for the client/s and being accountable for
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Lead challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Experience and Skills

  • Strong managing IT services and/or sales in the Enterprise sector (multinationals with 1,000+ employees across the globe)
  • Experience in Human Resources services and solutions is a plus
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Service Account Manager, Program Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Flemish and French, proficient spoken and written English
  • Be able to work and contribute in a complex and fast-moving environment
  • Proactive in thinking and acting
  • Balanced awareness of technology change and upcoming innovation
  • Mobility. Short term travel might be required
