Our recruitment process

  • 1. Search and apply

    Search for suitable vacancies by job category, experience level or location.

    Apply with our simple quick online application, use your LinkedIn or Xing profile to apply even faster.

  • 2. Telephone screening

    After applying, if you are successful you will be contacted by one of recruitment team for a call.

    On the call you will be asked about your experience and also given some more information about the role you applied for.

  • 3. Interview

    If your skills match the role, you will move to the interview stage. This is can be a Skype meeting or face to face interview usually with the hiring manager.

    You may then have a number of other interviews with key stakeholders before a final decision is made.

  • 4. Decision

    You will normally get feedback on whether you are successful soon after your interview, but it can take up to 3 weeks.

    We will ask for your feedback regardless of whether you are successful to ensure our process matches candidates expectations.
